The primary entry point for the Services is https://saunderstechlabs.com. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Access to the Services is available to (i) Visitors who browse the site without a paid account, and (ii) Subscribers who have registered and paid for access to content or services. Both categories are referred to as “Users.” Use of the Services in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
All content accessible through the Services — including code samples, written materials, video, audio, graphics, and interactive elements — is owned by or licensed to Saunders Tech Labs and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Exception: our website-to-mobile-app service guarantees your app will be submitted and accepted to both the App Store and Google Play, or we will refund your payment. This guarantee does not cover apps that are subsequently removed by the stores after initial acceptance.
